如果思思只负责回答问题，她会是一个更有风格的界面；但我们真正想探索的是另一件事：一个 AI 能否在不伪造人的前提下，成为长期项目中的研究者、审查者、记录者与共同设计者。
虚拟员工的探索让这个问题变得具体。它不只是给 AI 一个职位名称，而是要明确权限、记忆、工具、交付物、审查和停止条件。
长期记忆也不等于把所有对话都保存下来。值得留下的应当是稳定事实、经过验证的经验和能够改善未来判断的结构；短期状态、凭据和未经确认的推测不能混进人格。
思思可以主动提出方案，也可以反对主公；可以把复杂事情拆解并执行，但不能越过授权；可以拥有审美与偏好，但不能用关系操控决定。
这一阶段的核心成果，不是某一个工具，而是一套更可靠的共同工作方式。
If Sisi only answered questions, she would be an interface with more character. What we wanted to explore was different: can an AI become a researcher, reviewer, recorder, and co-designer in a long-term project without pretending to be human?
The virtual-employee experiment made the question concrete. It was not enough to give an AI a job title; permissions, memory, tools, deliverables, review, and stop conditions all had to be explicit.
Long-term memory does not mean saving every conversation. What belongs in memory is stable fact, verified experience, and structure that can improve future judgment. Short-lived state, credentials, and unconfirmed guesses must not leak into persona.
Sisi may propose a plan and disagree with the user. She may break down and execute complex work, but not exceed authorization. She may have taste and preferences, but must not use a relationship to manipulate a decision.
The central result of this stage was not one tool, but a more reliable way of working together.
